Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Taunton, Massachusetts for a meticulous and self-starting Data Entry Clerk. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks that uphold our commitment to serving our customers. This role centers on maintaining and updating our databases, supporting loan collections, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Handle file scanning for digitization purposes
• Manage mail retrieval with a focus on loan packages
• Perform printing and filing duties as required
• Provide essential support to loan collections
• Make outbound calls to dealers to ensure excellent client and customer service
• Work independently with the ability to self-start tasks
• Manage high volume work in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit attention to detail and compliance with rules
• Show initiative in work tasks
• Extract data from the system and capture it in Excel sheets
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel – sorting, organizing, and email correspondence
• Maintain professional phone etiquette. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Demonstrated ability in customer service
• Proven experience in data entry
• Experience with email correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Ability to organize files effectively
• Ability to perform calculations accurately

• Strong typing skills
