Job Description
We’re looking for positive-energetic, professional, motivated and reliable team members to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist with various administrative and office tasks as needed. The majority of these tasks are clerical, computer based tasks such as data entry or word processing. These tasks could vary over time or as needed. This role will also need to occasionally run errands outside of the office, but generally within Temecula, CA.
Responsibilities + Skills
Excellent written communications, positive verbal energy/phone presence, and reliable with follow through.
The ability to multi-task or task-switch efficiently.
The ability to understand and take action based on the needs of different tasks.
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
The ability to lift boxes or packages up to 20 pounds.
Clean driving record with reliable transportation (we will reimburse for milage driven)
Desirable Experience and Education
Previous experience as an office manager or personal assistant.
Role Details and Benefits
Full-Time In-Office Position, Monday through Friday during normal business hours
While uncommon, this position may require domestic travel
Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal background check including driving records
