We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in the healthcare industry, located in Temecula, California. In this role, you will be performing monthly responsibilities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet work, and other accounting tasks. Responsibilities • Perform account analysis and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Maintain and update the general ledger as necessary • Prepare and adjust journal entries to ensure accurate financial statements • Handle fixed asset accounting and maintain accurate records • Conduct monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records • Prepare financial statements in line with company and industry standards • Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Requirements • Possess extensive knowledge and experience in General Ledger management

• Proficient in Financial Statement Preparation

• Proven skills in Account Analysis

• Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting is a must

• Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries

• Expertise in Adjusting Journal Entries

• Familiarity with Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation processes

• Experience in conducting Monthly Bank Reconciliation

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required

• detail oriented certification such as CPA is highly desirable.
