Comment vous façonnerez l'avenir du département des services techniques:

• Identifier, recommander et initier des améliorations aux processus ou aux procédures d'exploitation, ce qui améliorera les opérations de l'usine en ce qui a trait à la sécurité, à l'environnement, à la qualité, à la production et au coût des procédés.

• Évaluer et choisir les équipements appropriés pour maintenir et améliorer le contrôle opérationnel et l'intégration des processus de fabrication.

• Fournir des statistiques et / ou des interprétations et des analyses afin de mieux faire connaître les principaux problèmes de fabrication et de qualité de l’usine de pâte à haut rendement.

• Surveiller l’utilisation des matières premières et communiquer les résultats.

• Participer à la préparation du rapport de coûts mensuel.

• Appuyer la mise en application des normes du Système de gestion de la qualité (ISO 9001) et du Système de gestion environnementale (ISO 14001).

Vous serez quelqu'un qui peut apporter:

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie chimique

• Expérience: 1-3 années d’expérience

• Membre en règle de l’ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)

How you’ll shape the future of the technical services department:

• Identify, recommend and initiate improvements to processes or operating procedures, which will enhance mill operations with respect to process safety, environment, quality, production and cost.

• Apply knowledge and tools to maintain and enhance operational control and integration of manufacturing processes.

• Provide statistics and / or interpretation and analysis of trends to heighten awareness of the key manufacturing and quality issues in the High Yield Pulp Mill.

• Monitor raw material usage and communicate results.

• Participate in the preparation of the grade costs report for financial month end.

• Support the application of the Quality (ISO 9001) and the Environment (ISO 14001) programs.

• Initiate, participate in and support mill trials.

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering

• Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience

• Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
