How you will make an impact

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

  • Well-founded grasp of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Good understanding of Computer Programs

  • Practical knowledge of complaints

  • Billing experience preferred

  • Strong familiarity with About Time

  • Quality experience with Interpersonal Skills

  • General familiarity with Adjustments

  • Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Complaints

  • Experience with Merchandising

  • Microsoft Word experience required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Wide ranging experience with Written Communication

  • Proven knowledge of Claim Administration

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
