Amazon Logistics Coordinator III, Amazon Inbound Transportation, Prepaid Transportation in Tempe, Arizona

Description

The prepaid management team within Amazon Global Logistics Transportation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to assist with defect research, disruptions, coaching, and management for Amazon’s Inbound Transportation. As Amazon continues to monitor and improve Carrier Performance, we consistently evaluate our tools and processes and drive improvements through shipper and carrier performance management and internal partnerships.

Key job responsibilities

  • Communicate externally with carriers and selling partners regarding required thresholds for Carrier Performance

  • Analyze data to provide performance feedback to carriers and assist with disputing inaccurate defects

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold compliance with Amazon's standards

  • Drive resolution to disruptions in the inbound processes

A day in the life

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our carriers are educated, coached, and supported. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Regular and ongoing communication with Amazon's shippers, carriers, and internal teams will be essential to maintain high performance standards. Your analytical skills will be invaluable in interpreting data and providing constructive feedback to carriers, while your problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in resolving inbound process disruptions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of Amazon experience

  • Knowledge of SQL
