Insight Global Digital Marketing and Web Development Manager in Temple, Georgia
Job Description
Develop and manage all company websites
Collaborate with digital marketing specialist and content team on building and managing the company's (Janus/ASTA/BETCO/Noke/ACT) digital email campaigns, workflows and social posts.
Develop, update, maintain, and optimize content on the company's websites. Use site data reports and tools to improve page performance and user experience.
Present data reports and insights as defined by Marketing Leadership to stakeholders on a monthly or as needed basis.
Continuously test/improve existing websites to increase results: SEO Optimization, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, page speed improvements and UX design elements
Collaborate with content marketing to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms to improve SEO rankings.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage various email campaigns, including the template designs and custom modules, calls-to-action, and landing pages.
Work with Digital Marketing Specialist to segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.) to drive leads
Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
Must apply visual consistency across all marketing channels according to the brand guidelines.
Stay up to date on the latest HubSpot, Google Analytics, social and marketing automation features and best practices.
This position's salary will range anywhere from $105,000-$125,000 based on working experience

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Web Developer
3+ years of experience with HubSpot
Proficient in working with Google Analytics, SEO Optimization, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and page speed improvements
Experience with site data reports to improve page performance and user experience Previous experience working for a company that had multiple companies within the one parent company null
