Weekly Pay- Up to $35/hr

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and general maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems of plant/production machinery. This role includes analyzing and repairing mechanical and electrical problems, ensuring all equipment runs properly, and meets operational requirements. The technician will work with a maintenance crew to carry out various maintenance and repair projects, including mechanical, fabrication, plumbing, and welding functions. Regular preventive maintenance tasks are required to minimize waste and prevent equipment downtime. The technician will also be responsible for following all safety and company policies, and completing online safety training as assigned.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Temple, Texas.

Work Environment

The position requires working 12-hour overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 3 days off. This rotation changes every three weeks. Tools required include steel toe shoes, which are to be provided by the employee, while hearing protection, safety glasses, and radios are provided by the employer.
