McGovern Medical Schoolat UTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center, invites applications for a full-time, Assistant Professor, non-tenure clinical track in theDepartment of Pediatrics, Community and General Pediatrics.
The selected candidate will contribute to the department’s mission to educate health science professionals, discover and translate advances in the biomedical and social sciences, and model the best practices in clinical care and public health through research, teaching, clinical service, administrative activities, and other services.
Position Key Accountabilities:
The Assistant Professor in Pediatrics Community and General will contribute to the clinical and academic programs of the division including covering the inpatient Pediatric wards and attending the General Pediatrics Outpatient Clinic. Clinical duties will also involve teaching residents and medical students.
Qualifications:
Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License.
