Job role & responsibilities
Understanding customer requirements for Process Automation Cabinet Design via interactions / documentary inputs given by customer
Contributing to conceptualizing the system hardware architecture to suit customer requirements.
Developing the architecture of Automation Cabinet design, Power distribution calculation, Cabinet GA and Wiring, BOM and Hardware Design specification, preparation and validate the same with customer, followed by coordination with manufacturing team and Hardware FAT with customer.
For smaller projects, the person may be required to act as a lead cum individual contributor.
How do I Qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation stream. Electronics or Electrical stream may be accepted
Around 3 to 7 years of relevant experience specifically in project based DCS Cabinet design for Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Water and Wastewater, Food & Beverage industry.
Professional skills:
Good communication skills to be able to interface with customer and coordinate with team
High level of result orientation to be able to complete projects on time & satisfy customer
Good aptitude, high willingness, and ability to learn due to ever changing skill sets requirement
