Job Description Summary
The Soft Services Supervisor is a position within the line of operations at C&W SERVICES. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision, operation and performance of all janitorial, transportation and administrative services, consisting of the (3) personnel or more.
Job Description
Responsible for maintaining adherence to customer quality requirements
Responsible for personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate methods and procedures for operations personnel
Interface with customer representatives to assure that service delivery/quality is satisfactory
Interface with Manager relative to personnel administration, budgetary requirements, and customer issues
Establish and maintain vendor sources for supplies and materials providing best prices/delivery
Assist the Contract Manager in the development of customer reports, performance indicators, and productivity improvement programs
Assist Janitorial in the development of all safety rules and programs
Qualification
Minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience associated with building services activities
Minimum of five (5) years of recent supervisory experience with staff of twenty-five or more
Supervisory/business training, preferably at college level
Desire to exceed and a service attitude relative to customer needs

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
