- Utility Knowledge (Natural Gas, Propane, Electric, Plumbing or Piping) - Required
- Mechanical Aptitude and Equipment Operation (Backhoe/Trencher) - Beneficial

- Self-Starter Looking for Opportunity to Advance to Lead Position - Required
- Ability to Complete Forms with Record Retention and Detail - Required
- Must Complete/Pass Company Paid Operator Training Evaluation - Required
