Aston Carter Technical Artwork Reviewer in Thousand Oaks, California

Description:

eDay to Day: With regards to day to day, we are looking with someone with design experience who would be responsible for performing a technical review of our artworks. This includes checking technical and design elements to ensure artworks are consistent per our procedures and design standards.

Will be onsite a few days a month at Thousand Oaks CA HQ location

    Objectives

    o Complete daily tasks assigned by the artwork planner

    o Ensures high quality complex artworks are reviewed per procedures

    o Ensures on-time review of created artworks

    o Complete artwork design of commercial artwork

    o Meet right first time and lead time metric targets

    o Represent artwork and contribute to continuous improvement cross-functional projects

    o Contribute to global standardization in artwork design

    Knowledge

    • Experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment

    -Experience in a labeling environment

    -Strong quality mindset

    -Accurate and detailed oriented

    -Good team player with strong communication skill

    -Flexible ability to meet strict timelines in a changing environment

    Minimum Requirements

    -1 to 2 years of experience in an pharmaceutical environment

    Preferred Requirements

    -Affinity with languages

    -Ability to work in an intense and changing environment

    -Able to follow through on tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines

    -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud InDesign Illustrator

Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
