Description and Requirements
Job descriptions:
Internal Communication:
Work together with Strategy & Communication Manager to design the organization’s internal communication strategy and plan to enhance the employees’ understanding and recognition of the company strategy, value and culture
Be responsible for the content and publication of internal media including employee newsletter and Intranet; act as internal journalist and editor of the newsletter and Intranet for drafting, editing, layout design, translation/rewriting, proofreading and printing
Initiate, develop and implement various internal communication activities to promote such company cultures and cross-functional collaboration
Design channels and content for the communications between senior management and the employees and facilitate leadership communication in the company
Employee Engagement:
Plan, manage and drive the execution of employee engagement annual calendar and activities, including all employee meeting, regular town-hall, festival celebration, employee caring event, etc.
Internal & cross-domain training for knowledge sharing.
Analyzes and highlights employees' feedback to management team, recommends ways to improve employee satisfaction and take follow-up action on time.
Operation support:
Support department ops works such as seat station, locker, travel expense, and holiday gift management and distribution.
Manage intangible asset including awards, certification, patent, copywrites and etc.
Connect with local property for other admin related task
Qualifications:
Prefered with education background or knowlege in Finance, Procurement, International Economy, Business Negotiation
