Description and Requirements
Job descriptions:
Proactive design service solution or trigger new service model based on product specification and price band;
Represent issues and concerns of regional service teams regarding specific consumer notebook series decisions including contract terms with ODM/OEM vendors and cost benefit/impact;
Manage launch readiness of specific consumer notebook offerings for our regional service teams;
Measure service performance of product in the field and drive improvement action plans back to both the product teams and extended service teams as required.
