1. Maintasks and responsibilities as Program Member:

Ø Verify VOC and determine Critical-to-Quality (CTQ)parameters to be tracked and maintained throughout the product development.

了解和确认客户的要求，并通过系统的产品开发过程来确保客户的关键质量特性

Ø Prepare the quality plan and organize the relevantquality & problem prevention activities, also including coach of qualitytools.

制定质量计划并组织相关的质量和问题预防活动，还包括质量工具的指导。

Ø Utilize quality tools and take the lead on closingthe loop between Lesson Learned/quality history, D/P-PMEA, DVP&R andControl Plan.

利用质量工具，率先在经验教训/质量历史记录、D/P-PMEA、DVP&R 和控制计划之间形成闭环。

Ø Participate in program management stage gatereviews and engage work groups (e.g. FMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.) to ensure theappropriate quality input.

参与项目管理阶段的关口审查并参与工作组（例如FMEA，DFM，DFA等），以确保适当的质量输入。

Ø Support to evaluate design concept and participatein design review to meet quality objectives. Also co-sign design reviewdocument.

Ø Using statistical techniques to create test plansfor reliability testing.

使用统计技术创建可靠性测试的测试计划。

Ø Drive and support DFSS (Design for Six Sigma)activities in programs to improve design robustness and reliability ofproducts.

Ø Assure prototype/OTS/PPAP sample quality deliveredto customer.

Ø Implement Lessons Learned/Warranty fixes toproducts under development (DFMEA).

把经验教训和售后反馈的经验总结导入到新项目开发阶段，尤其是在DFMEA的时候。

Ø Lead PPAP to customer.

组织公司内部PPAP文件汇总，评审并递交给客户。

Ø Lead MSA for new project and support to gauge/testfixture requirement plan.

组织对新产品相关的量检具的MSA活动。

2. Main tasks and responsibilities outside ofPrograms:

计划外主要任务和职责：

Ø Establish, optimize, and maintain the communicationprocess for DFSS.

建立、优化和维护DFSS的通信流程。

Ø Specify and maintain relative procedures.

指定和维护相关程序。

Ø Interaction with PQE for handover at specialquality gate.

与PQE互动，在特殊质量门进行交接。

Ø Support to budget planning about quality controltools/gauges based on new product/program requirement.

根据新产品/计划要求，支持质量控制工具/量规的预算规划

Ø Attend information security protectiontraining and comply with company information security protectionpolicies.

参加信息安全保护培训，遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策。

Job requirements:

任职要求

Ø Bachelor’s degree or above

本科及以上学历

Ø Major in Mechanical, Material,Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area.

机械、材料、自动化工业工程或汽车相关专业

Ø Work Experience 3 years orabove relative job experience

工作经验 3年以上相关工作经验

Ø Be familiar to quality management system and keytools such as APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D.

熟悉质量管理体系及关键质量工具，如APQP，PFMEA，PFMEA，MSA，SPC，PPAP，8D

Ø Know the basic rule of DFM/DFA, QFD, DoE, FMEA, DVP&R, SPC,Reliability, CQI11/15/23 etc.

对DFM / DFA，QFD，DoE，FMEA，DVP&R，SPC，可靠性等有基本的认识

Ø 6 sigma green belt or black belt will be preferred.

有六西格玛绿带或黑带优先

Ø Familiar to GD&T and IATF16949, VDA6.3 auditorcertification or IATF16949 internal auditor certification are preferred.

能识读图纸，并熟知GD&T规则，有IATF16949内审员或VDA6.3审核员证书更好

Ø Skill Customer focus, new product/process development andintroduction experience

技能以客户为中心，新产品/工艺开发和引进经验

Ø Others project management and good coordination among crossfunctions

其他项目管理和多部门间良好的协调

Ø Must have the awareness of information securityprotection.
