Janssen Pharmaceuticals, of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting a Group Product Director, Neuroscience Digital Marketing located in Titusville, NJ.

The Neuroscience Digital Marketing Leader will reside within the Janssen Neuroscience Organization within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and reports to the Senior Director, Franchise Strategy & Account Management. This person will build and lead new digital capabilities and a team responsible for the US Neuroscience digital marketing strategy. This role will merge healthcare and digital landscape macro trends, distill them into a strategy and operational framework across the Neuroscience franchise across disease states and all brands as well as by individual brand. This leader then works to stay aligned to action plans in the franchise and leads/oversees execution of the plans to ensure delivery of digital initiatives and programs with clear and business oriented KPIs. The leader will work closely with brand teams, IT, digital and professional agencies to deliver standard methodologies and KPIs.

The role’s scope will span across patient, caregiver and healthcare provider digital communication/engagement hence giving the leader the opportunity to build and drive impactful change for Janssen Neuroscience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Define and articulates Janssen Neuroscience’s Digital Strategic Framework, inclusive of all applicable digital vehicles (targeting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers), content strategy, KPI dashboards and organizational capability needs

  • Partner closely with marketing teams, IT, Vendors, and forming strategic partnerships, build, pilot and scale digital initiatives and capabilities into our brands/disease areas

  • Lead and develop new HCP/Patient digital infrastructure, reflective of digital strategy framework

  • Develop, manage and optimize digital media and their respective content across all digital platforms in support of the Marketing and Commercial organizations’ strategic priorities

  • Drive the digital capability across Janssen Neuroscience, set baseline, measure progress, measure resultant business impact, adjust as needed and in partnership with Value Excellence team, champion increasing digital acumen across the NS organization

  • Modernize & transform our engagement by piloting a new non-personal promotion models reflective of the digital framework

  • Closely partner with brand, franchise and access/affordability to gain deep understanding of patient and reimbursement journey that can be supported through digital initiatives

  • Gain deep Neuroscience health care provider insights on beliefs, behaviors, and areas of information sourcing to demonstrate digital platforms in the non-personal outreach to health care providers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree or MBA preferred

  • 10 years of business experience, with at least 8 years’ of demonstrated digital marketing experience

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Consistent track record of leading successful digital strategies and marketing campaigns

  • 3 years of people leadership experience preferred

  • Agile individual, capable of learning quickly and broadly with ability to grow as a leader

  • Experience in building out new capabilities and businesses

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels, engaging and enrolling people

  • Transformative leader to imagine beyond the existing norms with strong communication and operational skills to bring vision to reality

  • Positive and solution oriented to charter new paths that have not yet been paved to enlist organization’s stakeholders on that journey

  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and business savvy with strong appreciation for best practices and innovation and ensures digital initiatives generate material business and customer impact

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and team player

  • Working experience with marketing automation platforms, , and Google Analytics

  • Proven content management, social media, paid media, and SEO track record

  • This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20-25% domestic travel

The base pay range for this position is $142k to $245k. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
