ITU AbsorbTech Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift in Titusville, Pennsylvania
In this role, you will:
- Direct, maintain, and strictly enforce all safety requirements for the maintenance department; participating in the review of safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety performance for all maintenance technicians and meet and exceed department budget.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for solving maintenance related problems.
- Monitor the operations of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Assist with projects to improve efficiency and reduce operating cost, including contractor coordination.
- Track, analyze, and improve key maintenance performance indicators such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, preventative maintenance (PM), schedule, and legal compliance.
- Establish and maintain computerized maintenance management system (e-Maintenance and development of maintenance level system) to track work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
- Maintain and update operating, training, and service manuals for maintenance technicians.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training maintenance employees, along with other HR related tasks.
- Ensure maintenance technicians are adequately trained and updated on all standard departmental operating procedures through seminars, schooling, and maintenance level system.
