We're looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.

  • Order entry & invoicing; follow up to purchase orders, general complaints and reports on customer issues.

  • Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.

  • Directly support customers with general inquires, escalations, etc.

  • Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.

  • 1 years minimum of customer service experience, preferably B2B.

  • Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English. Resumes must be provided in English.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

$15,275.00 - $18,654.17 MXN Monthly
