Amazon Pay is ID commerce service which offers a better way to pay by enabling Amazon customers who have their credit card and shipping information stored on Amazon a way to pay off-Amazon.com.
By this service, customers don't need to remember every single ID/Password at off-amazon sites, no need to type in address/Credit card, and be protected by Amazon Marketplace Guarantee. There are quite a few merchants who reported that Amazon Pay wallet share became 30% to 50% at their site and Amazon Pay are well accepted by customers. For Merchants, Amazon Pay can increase their conversion rate (cart-in to purchase-complete) and acquire new members. Merchants mentioned that their conversion rate became double and new member registration% became triple than before.
Amazon Payは、ID決済サービスで、お客様がAmazonのサイトに登録されている住所・クレジットカード情報を、Amazon以 外のサイトでも利用可能できるようにし、またAmazonでのお買い物と同じようにお客様をサポートするサービスです。このサービスにより、お客様はサイトごとのIDやパスワードをいくつも覚えたり、購入に際し住所などの情報入力の手間が省け、さらに、もしもの時もAmazonマーケットプレイス保証の対象になるため、安心して、簡単にお買い物ができます。そのため、決済手段に占めるAmazon Payの利用割合が、30%から50%になり、お客様に受け入れられている、と報告して事業社様も多くいます。また、Amazon Payを利用して いただく事業者の方にとっては、お客様が商品をカートに入れてから購入をやめる”かご落ち”が減ることで購入に至る割合(Conversion%)が上がり、会員登録がクリックだけでできるのでより多くの新規会員の獲得が見込めます。導入した事業社様によると、購入に至る割合が約2倍になった、新規会員の獲得率が他の決済に比べ3倍になった、という声をいただいています。
Since its JP launch in May 2015, several hundred merchants have already installed this service and this business is growing much faster than any other country and our business plan. Amazon decided to invest more resource to further accelerate this business in JP and double or triple the size of the business. Thus, Amazon Pay team is seeking an experienced, business development and sales executive for Amazon Pay in Japan. This new role will be responsible for developing and executing sales and business development strategies to help Amazon Pay enter into new verticals and create new use cases for its Amazon Pay service.

Responsibilities
• Acquire large merchants/retailers who will install Amazon Pay service
• Manage complex contract negotiations and sales pipeline
• Acquire and manage Solution Provider who develop plug-in module to adopt Amazon Pay and support their clients to install Amazon Pay
• Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.
• Generate incremental transaction volume, payment volume, and buyer and seller awareness through large, strategic client acquisition
• Amazon Payを導入してくれる大規模な販売事業社様の獲得
• Amazon Payの導入の交渉と案件管理
• Amazon Payを導入した大規模な販売事業社様のアカウント管理
• Amazon Payの導入を進めるシステムを開発するソリューションプロバイダーの獲得と管理
• Salesforceやその他管理ツールを利用し、営業活動に必要な成果指標の管理と分析
• Amazon Payによる取引金額を増加させ、またサービスの利用者、営業対象となる販売事業者に対する認知度の向上を図り、営業案件につなげること

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience
4+ years of B2B sales experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience closing sales and generating revenue
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience influencing C-level executives
