Description
Amazon.co.jp is looking for Account Manager who is a Customer-centric, data driven and result-oriented person. JP Consumables launched Amazon Pharmacy in Jul 2024 as we see a large opportunity for new selection and improving customer experience in healthcare segment on Amazon.co.jp. This role will focus on the sales activity to Selling Partners (Pharmacy chains). In particular, this will own new seller recruitment, onboarding support, account management and also be involved in creating sales strategy and SOP in line with product development.
It offers an exciting opportunity to build innovative customer experience by closely collaborating with product / program managers.

Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Participate in developing recruiting strategy and SOP in line with the new product development.
Engage target partner companies by articulating Amazon’s vision, services, and value propositions to customers and partners
Execute recruiting actions and deliver results based on the strategy and SOP.
Define and manage the proper metrics on sales activity to track and identify the risk/opportunity for growth.
Develop and implement tools and technologies to improve sales productivity.
Report business status to managers at least weekly basis.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Business level English and Native Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
- +5 years sales experience in healthcare industry
