【主な業務内容】

■各月のプロモーションと魅力的なアクティビティのコーディネートをし、ホテル内で情報共有を行う

■マーケティングミーティングでの毎月のアクティビティに関するアップデート・事後のサマリーレポート作成等

■プロモーション活動の計画ならびに、関係部署との調整作業

■関連するF&Bミーティングへの参加

■マーケティング・F&B部署間で協力をし、EDM配信などの関連活動を行う

■F&Bに関する写真撮影の管理・サポート ]

■ソーシャルメディアチームと密接に連携し、ゲストのコメントのチェックや交流を主導する

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital and traditional revenue channels primarily related to our restaurants and bars. You will seek new revenue and profit opportunities by enhancing and reviewing current channels. Additionally, you will coordinate all food and beverage (F&B) promotions with the hotel's Marketing & Communications team, ensuring timely promotion and activation of new initiatives to all internal stakeholders.

[Major duties]

■Coordinate promotions and attractive activities for each month and share information within the hotel

■Update monthly activities at marketing meetings and create post-event summary reports, etc.

■Plan promotional activities and coordinate with related departments

■Participate in related F&B meetings

■Cooperate between the marketing and F&B departments and carry out related activities such as EDM distribution

■Manage and support photo shoots for F&B

■Work closely with the social media team to lead guest comment checking and interaction
