Meta Client Solutions Manager, CPG, Japan in Tokyo, Japan

Summary:

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta's Global Business Group believes the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable, proven business results. The CSM is an enthusiastic Facebook/Instagram solutions expert and master problem solving that puts the customer at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product consultation, and lead media planning, branding strategy and measurement to our CPG clients. In partnership with the Client Partner, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data and analytics to build comprehensive solutions for our customers, and driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on client’s business objectives. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based at our Tokyo Office.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, CPG, Japan Responsibilities:

  1. In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our customers

  2. Serve as external solution consultant educating clients and agencies on our products and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership

  3. Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook/Instagram solutions

  4. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

  5. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams

  6. Guide branding strategy, media planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs with quality PDCA cyecles

  7. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

  8. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance by managing projects on complex work streams

  9. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media planning, consulting with track record of problem solving and thought leadership

  2. Quantitative thinker with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights

  3. Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills

  4. Experience working effectively with XFN teams and ability to influence key stakeholders

  5. Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews

  6. Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details

  7. High level of communication with ability to confidently present ideas

  8. Fluency in Japanese and communicating in business level English required

  9. Ability to travel as needed
