Meta Client Solutions Manager, Professional and Financial Services in Tokyo, Japan
Summary:
Meta is looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to work as an integral member of our Global Sales team, consulting with some of the most exciting consumer brands and companies. With proven understanding of brand marketing, online and traditional media, this role will work in partnership with the Client Partner to develop Meta solutions, industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data/analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. At the heart of this role, one will work on all facets of Meta offerings, Ad and Pages Strategy, Campaign Management, Creative and Measurement consultation. CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Meta customers at the core of everything they do. You should have a deep passion for and understanding of Meta, our advertising tools, and our advertising philosophy. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams
Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
Project Management and Internal Operations - Project manage complex work streams
Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media, finance, consulting, and/or companies in commerce/retail industry, with track record of problem solving and thought leadership
Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills
Experience delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
Experience managing complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
Experience communication and working effectively with cross functional teams and ability to influence key stakeholders
Experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
Experience learning new and complex systems quickly
Fluency in Japanese, and business level English required
Able to travel as needed
