Hyatt Front Desk - Guest Service Staff or Team Leader / 宿泊部 フロントデスク(ゲストサービススタッフまたはチームリーダー) in TOKYO, Japan

Description:

●General front desk duties

・Check-in and check-out operations

・Handling phone calls and e-mails with guests, etc.

●フロントデスク業務全般をお任せ致します

・チェックイン・チェックアウト業務

・ゲストとの電話及びメール対応 等

Qualifications:

・Business level English required

・Basic PC skills (Mail, Microsoft, Word, Excel)

・Experience in front desk work in a hotel is preferred.

(*Minimum of 3 years in a team leader position is required)

・Experience in OPERA operation preferred

・ビジネスレベルの英語力必須

・基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方 (Mail,Microsoft,Word,Excel)

・ホテルでのフロント業務経験者優遇

(※チームリーダー職は3年以上必須)

・OPERA操作経験者優遇
