Our leadership team in Tokyo, Japan is now looking for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing long- term relations with our portfolio of key clients. This Sales Representative role will act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Permobil products. The ultimate goal is togrow sales department revenueby ensuring client satisfaction andidentifying new business opportunitiesanddriving sales. Key Tasks

Client Relationship Management

  • Create and develop a territory/account plan

  • D evelop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts

  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

    Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts

  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base

  • P repare and present sales forecasts, reports, and account status updates

    Team Collaboration & Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations and customer support team to ensure the successful delivery of Permobil products)

  • Communicate client requirements and feedback to relevant departments

  • Coordinate and attend meetings, conventions, and training workshops.

    Performance Analysis

  • M onitor and analyze key account metrics to assess performance

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management

  • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and account performance

Other key qualities about you would be:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role

  • Strong understanding of sales and account management principles.

Your Background - Including Key Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Excellent Client Relationship Management

  • Problem solving abilities

  • Performance Analysis experience
