You will lead the best-of-the-best on an elite technology team with extraordinary consultative skills, an industry point of view and years of customer experience. The Microsoft technology Center is the hub of the Microsoft ecosystem. Key to the role is your leadership of senior Microsoft, Partner and strategic relationships to enable scale and consistency. You will work with top companies—across start-ups, our largest global partners and most strategic customers. You will be a strategic leader and help set the direction for how we articulate Microsoft’s vision and differentiate it in the market. You will help customers with their digital transformation to better serve their customers, partners and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and coach a diverse and high performing technical sales leader team that helps customers make sound technical decisions and maximize the adoption and value of Microsoft solutions.

  • Coach and integrate with strategic account planning across Sales, Solution Area, Industry and Customer Success teams. Connect with subsidiary leadership to prioritize engagement. Position Strategy sessions, Architecture design sessions, Envisioning workshops, Hackathons, and Rapid prototypes.

  • Your practical experience will nurture opportunities, increase deal velocity and grow revenue by assessing the progress of technical engagements at every stage, and by orchestrating your Team, other Microsoft technical resources and Partners on most complex digital transformation deals.

  • Develop strategic relationships with customers. Identify key customers and opportunities with subsidiary sales leadership to sponsor and coach.

  • Provide industry leadership to position the MTC as a hub for the industry sales teams, industry experiences as well as developing “industry fluency” across the senior Technical Architect community.

  • You will demonstrate Microsoft's value proposition internally and externally to executives by showcasing our technology innovations in the view of their business transformation and building relationships with and influencing key Decisions Makers

  • Perform as leader responsible for the MTC facility including operations, personnel, reporting, expenses, and budgeting. Oversee management of customer experience and facility including the management of vendor staff.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs) :

  • 10+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Influencer . Ability to drive and influence Stakeholder across organizational boundaries through extremely strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, envisioning, writing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Energy Generator and coach . Able to inspire your team and to build a high-performance team and maintain a high organizational health and satisfaction score.

  • Passionate for technology . Constant and contagious desire to learn new technologies.

  • Customer Voice . Ability to identify new technical and business trends and needs, and serves as the customer's voice into Microsoft.
