Amazon Product Marketing Manager, Amazon B2B Payment & Lending in Tokyo, Japan

JP B2B Payments team provides working capital and payment acceptance solution, called Pay By Invoice (PBI) to Amazon Business customers. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build and execute B2B channel marketing programs, that help us grow the Amazon B2B Payments business for Amazon Business customers. This marketer will work closely with variety of stakeholders to deliver the best-in-class marketing solutions, such as Amazon Business team, B2B Payments marketers, data science team, credit team, business operation team, product team and GTM team, and so on. If you have experience in payments or fintech product marketing, multi-channel marketing with analytical, data driven approach, this is a great role for you.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define the channel strategy choosing the right channels to enhance target audience reach, foster quality interactions, and maximize marketing ROI

  • Build marketing campaigns across multi-channels and ensuring best-in-class customer experience

  • Create targeted email automation programs to reach customers at every stage of customer lifecycle

  • Monitor, maintain and optimize channel performance, identifying opportunities for overall structural channel improvements.

  • Dive deep, track and report performance and success metrics for campaign launch and overall channel health

  • Manage the marketing calendar across teams, and drive campaigns and projects to completion

  • Align and influence multiple teams and stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

  • Experience reporting the performance against the goal to the leadership

  • Japanese: Advanced (able to negotiate externally, able to make presentations to management team)

  • English: Intermediate (able to attend internal meetings, able to negotiate internally)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Working experience in B-to-B product or business
