アンダーズ 東京のメインダイニング『ザ タヴァン グリル＆ラウンジ』レストランサービス（ゲストサービススタッフまたはチームリーダー）を募集いたします。
虎ノ門ヒルズ51階に位置する当ホテルのメインダイニング「ザ タヴァン グリル＆ラウンジ」のレストランサービス部門におけるゲストサービススタッフ（一般職）またはチームリーダー（主任職）クラスの募集となります。
政界関係者や会社経営者等、グローバルに活躍されているVIPのご利用も多い為、料飲サービスのプロフェッショナルとしてワンランク上の経験を重ねながら、チームリーダーはアシスタントマネージャー（管理職）を目指していただけるポジションとなります。
Responsibilities
・ダイニングまたはラウンジエリアにおけるオペレーション管理業務全般
Responsible for all F&B operation in Dining & Lounge area
・一般職スタッフの育成業務
Supervising and training for younger staff
・食材・飲料の発注および棚卸し
Inventory Control of food & beverages

虎ノ門ヒルズ51Fに位置し、アフタヌーンティーやバー利用が可能なラウンジエリアと朝食～ディナーまでカバーするダイニングエリアから成り、日常のあらゆるシーンでお使いいただける150席を超える当ホテルのメインダイニング。
ダイニングエリアでは珍しい天然の冷蔵庫「雪室（ゆきむろ）」で特別熟成された「スノーエイジングビーフ」のグリルをはじめ、日本の食材と熟成方法にこだわりながら、クラシカルな定番メニューを驚きに満ちた斬新なアレンジでご提供しております。

Qualifications:
・ホテルレストランやバーにおける、チームリーダークラス（キャプテン、スーパーバイザー含む）としての1年以上の実務経験、または一般職クラスとしての2年以上のご経験
Over 1 year of F&B Experience at Team Leader level or in a related positions (Captain or Supervisor), OR over 2 year F&B experience at a rank and file level in hotel restaurants or bars.
・一般職クラスは経験年数不問です（料飲経験者を歓迎いたします）。
No previous F&B experience is required for Geust Service Staff but any F&B service experiences preferred.
