・予算作成、売上管理

・集客・成約管理

・月末の締めとオーナーへの報告、毎週末の売上・ブッキングペースの報告

・ブッキングコントロール

・マーケティング調査（競合他社とのつながり）

・コマーシャルチームと連携して宴会場売上の最大化を図る

・プラン・フェアの企画立案

・チームビルディング、LCメンバーとの調整、オーナーとのコミュニケーション

・VIPゲスト対応

・コンプレ対応

・協力会社との連携、協力会社の選定と契約

・人員の採用面接

・Budgeting and sales management

・Manage contract and customer attraction

・Report to owner for monthly closing and Weekly weekend sales and booking pace

・Manage booking control

・Marketing research (connection with competitors)

‒ Work with the commercial team to maximize banquet hall sales

・Planning of plan fairs

・Team building and coordinate with LC members and owners

・Care for VIP guests

・Handle for customer complains

・Cooperate with partner companies, selection and contract with partner companies

・Recruitment interviews for personnel
