Shire Senior Product Manager ADHD in Tokyo, Japan
Lead the development of the annual commercialization plan and implement approved marketing and market development programs for ADHD franchise
Lead cross-functional brand team as a product owner including sales, medical, and other functions
Develop and maintain relationships & key contacts with Japanese ADHD targets (KOLs & rising stars)
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ADHD market dynamics and competitive environment in Japan through routine monitoring
Provide direction and execute market research in collaboration with local agencies
Select and manage professional agencies (Medical Communication, Professional Education, Promotional, Market Research) to create effective marketing programs to maximize return on investment
Liaise and provide commercial input & guidance to support other essential functions such as Sales, Medical, Communication, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and External Affairs
Propose annual A&P budget for approval and monitor spend within approved limits
