We are looking for a business-savvy Product-tech leader to re-imagine the next-gen delivery programs and ship option CX for Japan customers. As Senior Product Manager-Tech, you will be partnering with teams across Store Tech, Supply Chain, Operations/AMZL, Events & Deals, and Categories to improve both the shopping experience for customers, as well as help our network to achieve higher sustainability and lower cost-to-serve.
Key job responsibilities
Own a highly technical roadmap for Prime Delivery CX;
Partner with global technology teams to improve foundational capabilities and build and enhance locally relevant CX features;
Set mechanisms to measure the quality and performance of JP Delivery Programs and Ship option CX.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
