Description
カメラ関連製品のカテゴリー責任者として、担当頂くカテゴリーの品揃えの最適化、売上・利益の最大化を目指します。また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションを追求します。これらを達成するために、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに、ウェブを活用した販売計画の策定、商品の販売促進・宣伝（ブランディング）を企画・実行します。
カメラ関連製品はアマゾンの中で売上の柱となる製品群ではありますが、まだまだ品揃えやお客様の購買体験の改善余地はまだ多く、事業成長の機会も大きな事業です。サイトのお客様購買体験の改善や、他の事業部との連携した販促企画、物流改善の推進、アマゾンの他の事業部や海外拠点と協業する横断プロジェクトなど、各メーカーとの交渉や仕入れだけでなく、広い視野で担当カテゴリーの事業成長をリード頂きます。
- 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益・在庫目標の設定と進捗管理
予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益・在庫目標を設定し、その実行プロセスを管理します。
- 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善
販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善をリードして行います。
- 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化
仕入れ先の新規開拓・選定に関する分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。
- メーカー/ディストリビューターとの強力なパートナーシップの確立
日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、メーカー/ディストリビューターとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても、戦略的判断と効果的な折衝・交渉によりパートナーシップを強化します。
- ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー）
関係者との協働を通じて、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。
- 社内関連部署との連携
シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、およびマーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。
7．プロジェクトへの参画
全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして実績を残します。

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
5+ years of with Excel experience
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
