Job Description
A Technical Account Manager will be working in a team that provides managed services, as well as collaborative support services with customers, to large clients using our products on-premises or in the cloud. These services include remote monitoring, incident response, partial system operation outsourcing, and other types of support.

- General support for IT operation services:
Handling technical inquiries from assigned clients
Escalating issues to internal, development, or product support (in Japanese/English)
- Account planning and sales support:
- Leading and supporting discussions and proposals to ensure continuous use of Oracle's products and services.

Responsibilities
Role & Responsibility
In providing monitoring services and operational outsourcing for mission-critical systems, you will take the lead in resolving operational issues and compile the technical information necessary for stable operations, making proposals and managing services for customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining service contracts and creating opportunities for new proposals to assigned clients. These tasks will be carried out in collaboration with customers and stakeholders, including global internal members (operations technicians, product support/development engineers, product managers, and sales representatives). You will maintain smooth communication with customers, enhance satisfaction with the services provided, and contribute to the organization's business.
Must Requirement
Over 3 years of IT operations experience in open systems.
Experience handling assigned customers as an account manager.
Work experience in a global organization.
At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:
Experience in operations/support of Oracle hardware products (Exadata/ODA/Oracle Server)
Experience in operations/support of Oracle middleware products (DB/RAC/OEM/ASM)
Experience in network product setup/operations support (VPN/WAN, etc.)
Experience in setup/operations support for cloud products (AWS/Azure/Oracle Cloud, etc.)
Experience in setup/operations support for operations management tools (JP1/System Worker, etc.)
Experience in setup/operations support for virtualization tools (VMware/Oracle VM, etc.)
Want Requirement
Experience and knowledge in project management (PMP or equivalent certification).
ITIL-based system operations experience in network (NW), cloud services, and system infrastructure (virtualization, OS, middleware, etc.).
Experience in building and operating Oracle products (RDBMS, FMW, and other applications).
Certified by a cloud vendor.
