• Drives New Product Launches & leads to develop & execute a holistic and integrated as well as compliant and profitable go to market strategies while partnering with key internal functional/business partners, including R&D, Medical Affairs/Market Access, Global Medical Device Manufacturer (MDM), Quality & Regulatory, Health Care Compliance (HCC), Business Intelligence (BI), Technical Service, Supply Chain, Learning & Development (L&D) and Finance

• Is responsible for the effective Pricing Strategy

• Leads to build Business Plan and Strategic Plan Process while collaborating other functions

• Enhances ASP brand in local market

• Identifies and manages relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) in Japan

• Assessing market and local needs, identifies and runs projects that can shape ASP product markets, that will define futures trends and guidelines and will educate users in practices around infection prevention and instrument reprocessing, such as Advisory Boards, Infection Prevention Meetings and other scientific workshops.

• Leads & manages ProfED activities

• Leads, manages and provides support to organization of congresses, sales & marketing meetings, strategic planning meetings,

• Learns and drives to adapt best practice from other markets and export local knowledge to other regions

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
