FCA US LLC Plant Quality Operations Manager in Toledo, Ohio
The Plant Quality Operations Manager is responsible to assure that process standards are applied in order to meet regulation/ISO requirement, customer satisfaction, company standards and world class manufacturing approach. They report directly to the Quality Center Manager. They lead a diverse team of salary and hourly Quality professionals integrating into the production and engineering processes while ensuring a solid partnership with manufacturing focusing on Quality processes and Customer Safety. The Plant Quality Operations Manager leads both statistical (for example: on weld and torque) and 100% process checks (for example: on line inspection) through the definition, updating and execution of Control Plan/QAN. The Plant Quality Operations Manager works with Plant Product Quality receiving the right input from internal/external KPI in order to bring the customer voice in the workstation and improve the processes extending best practices; during development phase take part in Workplace Integration for process design and Plant Process Readiness. In EMEA) CPA Paint Execution Integration with Advanced Phases of Vehicle/Plant Development (WPI, PPR) Process and ISO Audits Execution for Quality Process improvement PROCESS QUALITY GENERAL ASSEMBLY Online Inspection Execution (QVS under manuf. In EMEA) Torque Auditing Execution Integration with Advanced Phases of Vehicle/Plant Development (WPI, PPR) Process and ISO Audits Execution for Quality Process and component traceability Critical processes: deliver in conformity ensuring continuous improvement. I.e. Front-End Alignment, Headlamp Aim, etc. On line Water tests Execution (under manuf.
