Aerotek Injection Molding Process Technician in Tolleson, Arizona
Description:
Understand job requirements and able to perform at IP, Process Tech and Mold Tech level Trouble shoot Mechanical issues and determine an appropriate action plan. Monitor and ensure scrap is being accounted for accurately. Ensure injection molding machines are being repaired properly and promptly. Monitor machinery and environment for unsafe practices or unsafe conditions. Ensure in compliance with GMP/HACCP procedures. Ensure in compliance with PPE Requirement. Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures. Recording Production Data Accurately. Monitor and ensure quality standards are met. Monitor and Minimize scrap levels. Monitor and maximize Production flow. Work with Quality Control to maximize quality and minimize downtime. Effectively meet Departmental goals of EFF, MEEF, & Scrap
