The Estimator position serves as the point of contact for our insurance company customers as well as for the internal staff. Estimators play an integral role in our organization and are incredible multi-taskers who are extremely professional and energetic. They follow production protocol diligently in order to create a positive and consistent experience for our customers, while simultaneously looking for ways to improve our processes and problem solve in an ever-evolving environment.
The Estimator is responsible for the successful coordination of the job estimate for our high volume water and fire damage restoration jobs and working with the insurance company adjusters to ensure we get paid for the work completed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Take data from the field employees and write estimates in Xactimate and Symbility. Training will be provided for these software systems, experience is not required. * Upload estimates and communicate with insurance adjusters to get approval for work completed * Manage compliance timelines and tasks in internal and 3rd party operating systems * Secure appropriate documentation (work auths, scope, sketch and readings) and final approvals * Serve as liaison for communications with the TPAs and PDRI program managers * Review and upload completed documents for approval and payment
