PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a level of service and support that differentiates IMA Life from the competition. To undertake equipment commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and service tasks in support of IMA Life and third-party equipment in a variety of applications at customer sites. To provide a level of customer service excellence by closely working with customers (and other IMA Life departments). To assist with a program of continuous improvement relating to customer satisfaction. Product Range: filling, loading and freeze-drying equipment and associated equipment and services, for the pharmaceutical industry. To work to IMA Life and legislative standards to ensure the safety of themselves and all others, ensuring the security of process, equipment, and environment. Manage support personnel from any IMA Life site and sub-contractors.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Technical Certificate in electro/mechanical/process discipline or a minimum of 5 years direct experience in a service environment for capital equipment. 2. Understanding PLC/PC skills to enable equipment and service management systems to be scheduled, integrated, and updated, and to produce concise reports. 3. Active Drivers License. 4. Employees need be able to lift 50 lbs (20 Kg). Will also be required to wear various industrial PPE including clean room suits. 5. Self-motivated, ability to manage own time effectively and interface positively with the customer. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to adapt to and work effectively / safely within a variety of situations, and with various individuals or groups. 8. Good interpersonal and communication skills (English- written and verbal).

  1. Overtime required.
  2. Domestic and international travel requirements.
