Job Requirements
At least 2 years multi-unit supervisory experience in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
Good oral/written communication, analytical/decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Basic personal computer literacy
Strong ethical values
P/L and cost management skills
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
Job Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of multiple restaurants
Ensure Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) meet or exceed their annual goals by actively engaging in the coaching and direction of junior management on a day-to-day basis
Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications
Introduce and reinforce new company products and initiatives
Select, train, develop and motivate junior management
Respond to immediate or severe customer service needs
Role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant
