In this role you will work closely with the Director of Commercialization (Product Management) for our Sustainable Finance business to organize/coordinate the Commercialization group, in its pursuit of enabling the sales team to offer solutions to our clients: companies, governments and banks, to make their financial transactions more sustainable.
Under the direction of the Director, Product Commercialization and coordination with fellow team members:
Take an active role in the continuous improvement and implementation of commercialization processes by researching, developing, documenting, and updating policies, procedures, guides and templates used by the team.
Project manage initiatives and projects related to the team's efficacy, integration of new systems and processes;
Lead the design, implementation, training and supervision of knowledge sharing for commercialization, to make the relevant information available to the commercial group that leads to maximum team productivity;
Maintain a list of minimum required documentation for SFS products and ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and relevant. Design and standardize naming conventions, file directories and versioning for all documentation produced by the Commercialization team.
Assist in creating and facilitating training sessions, team communications and other activities aimed at promoting continuous learning for the sales team and supporting teams. Utilize change management tactics to roll out changes in a structured manner.
Coordinate regular team meetings and agenda;
Coordinate design, scheduling and preparation of reports
On a monthly basis, prompt the team to update roadmaps and commercialization documents, collect, collate for needed reports;
Lead the collection and collation of quarterly forecasts from team members
Facilitate the onboarding of new commercialization staff
Coordinate with other teams on reporting and standards, particularly with Ops and administrative functions from other teams
4+ years of work experience;
2+ years of demonstrated experience in business coordination, project management or product coordination;
Experience with organizing information and technical savvy (ability to learn how to be an expert user of Sharepoint and Altassian)
Excellent organization skills with the ability to streamline processes within the team;
Related technical training or academic experience that relates to product or project management, operations, accounting or library sciences;
Outstanding Communication skills with proficiency in Professional English-writing skills.
