Aston Carter Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Toronto, Ontario

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members.

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office processes.

  • Assist with expense accounts, travel bookings, and managing correspondence.

  • Translate documents and emails between English and French.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room availability.

  • Maintain cordial relations with colleagues from other departments.

  • Assist visitors or new employees with administrative aspects.

    Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Previous administrative experience is an asset.
