Insight Global Intermediate Account Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Account Manager who will be a crucial member of client facing team, assisting clients across North America. The primary responsibility of this role is to foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Other main tasks involve ensuring customer submissions align with compliance standards. This successful candidate will work alongside the North American teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to team-driven projects. The role will be vital in upholding excellent customer service as expansions continue.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.

  • Proven ability in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Exceptional listening, speaking, and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).

  • Experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Notion, Intercom, Google Workspace, or similar counterparts.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team and with day-to-day users of an organization. - Bilingual French

  • Marketing experience

  • Experience in a fast-growing software company

  • Knowledge of the advertising industry null
