How will you make an impact in this role?

The Lifestyle team is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager, Marketing, that will be responsible for Making Membership Matter – acting as the Product Manager for our Experiential programming, our Amex Experiences app and as a Partner Manager for a variety of premium/lifestyle companies.

Principle accountabilities include:

Experiential Curriculum :

Design and manage a differentiated calendar of customer engagement activities and events targeted to our premium Cardmembers. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and our experiential agency to align engagement opportunities with business goals and customer needs. The successful candidate will be expected to stay close to industry trends, customer behaviors and leverage data-driven insights to develop a strategic roadmap for Making Customer Matter through experiential programming. Successful candidates will have a creative mindset, strong organizational/executional skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Amex Experience App :

Lead a cross functional group in the development of a Mobile App, designed to augment and enhance how we communicate our experiential programming to our best customers. This role will oversee the end-to-end design process, from launch to product release and beyond. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver the Amex Experiences App this year. With a focus on user experience and innovation, the successful candidate will be accountable for owning the long-term vision for the app and bringing it to life for our premium Cardmembers. Successful candidates will have a strong project management skillset, and a passion for delivering digital selections that empower marketers and customer alike.

Partner Management :

Act as the primary point of contact for cultivating and maintaining relationships with lifestyle key partners. The role will involve identifying new partner opportunities, maintaining existing, negotiating partnership agreements, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for understanding partner objectives, driving Cardmember engagement and creating value through effective communication and coordination. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing partner performance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
