Manulife Sales Effectiveness Specialist in Toronto, Ontario
As a member of the Guaranteed Wealth Solutions Sales team, you will support the planning, execution and tracking of national business development initiatives. The position calls for an exceptional work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines. Experience in the sales process, segregated fund and asset management space is an asset. The key accountability of this role is to support field readiness of key initiatives and campaigns, while providing strategic recommendations for improvements. This individual will act as a key liaison for sales with various partners across the business. The Sales Effectiveness Specialist is required to demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in communication, organization, attention to detail and collaboration. The position requires occasional travel for training, meetings, and execution of national events.
Position Responsibilities:
This role will drive sales and provide reporting to hold the sales team accountable for their sales activities
They will create valuable sales campaigns that serve our advisors
They will be part of a hard-working and inclusive sales team
Required Qualifications:
Bilingualism required (English/French or English/Mandarin)
Post-secondary education is required
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
Strong PC skills with experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills; ability to investigate problems without supervision
Fast learner and self-starter, who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrate tact and professionalism and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the segregated fund, GIA, annuity and financial planning industry is an asset
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course is considered an asset

Salary range is expected to be between
$52,650.00 CAD - $87,750.00 CAD
