Summary
We're seeking a driven and strategic Senior Manager, Service Transition to join our Business and Service Architecture team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of 5-10 professionals, including Project Managers and Operational Service Architects. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and assessment of complex customer projects (custom "day 2" solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Lead with Vision: Guide your team, foster a collaborative environment, and empower them to excel.
Project Management Expertise: Oversee project delivery, manage budgets, and prioritize team deliverables.
Technical Acumen: Establish and validate architectural, technical, and operational requirements.
Strong Communication: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, from clients and executives to IT, Operations, and Field Service teams.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Identify and resolve roadblocks, navigate ambiguity, and find creative solutions.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain awareness of internal business capacities, systems, and products.
Change Management: Lead Change Management to support process improvements and alignment across cross-functional teams.
Coaching: People leader who can inspire, coach and develop their team to success
Influence: Lead with a strategic mindset while dealing with ambiguity in a high complex dynamic environment
Critical Qualifications
10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
University degree or equivalent business experience
Proven experience in technology project/program management and planning
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Solid business acumen
Proficient in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence
Knowledge of ITIL, SAFe, TM Forum (eTom) and/or TOGAF
Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
