What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Account Processing Officer, you will be under Wealth Management Operations, supporting the Client Asset Servicing Team Transfers Department. The Sr Account Processing Officer will be mainly responsible for data entry and processing financial transactions (i.e. transfer in and out) and any non-financial changes as required. You will focus on the needs of our clients and business partners and are passionate about delivering centralized operational services through our strategic pillars of Client Centricity, Innovation and Process Simplification.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis (1-2 days per month).
How You’ll Succeed
Data entry - In this role you will leverage your excellent data entry skills and attention to detail to process financial and none financial transaction on key systems and clients’ accounts including transfers in and out.
Detail Oriented - the job requires high level of accuracy and efficiency. This includes verifying and validating all clients’ information prior to processing transfers.
