Job Description

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Head of R&D the position is to provide machining capability through both milling and turning to support both sensor and product design and development. Support will also be expected during the design phase for machinability where prototypes and test pieces will need creating. This will include Producing machined components for Product prototypes; R&D prototype assembly fixtures and R&D test equipment. You will be required to work with titanium, stainless steel and engineering plastics.

You are expected to feedback any drawing issues so that designs are handed to the production machining department to the highest standard. You will possess good organisational skills and be able to carefully manage your time in order to meet deadlines.
