On-Board PMO is hiring a full-time Admin Associate in Towanda, P.A.!

Position Details: Position Type: Full-Time, long term opportunity Job Location: Towanda, P.A. Shift: Days, Monday- Friday 7:00 A.M.- 3:30 P.M. Benefits: Paid time off, Paid Holidays and Health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Life Insurance Compensation: $ 18.50/hour

Basic Function: Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to create and modify documents as needed.
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including filing and entering data.
  • Type and design general correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Handle administrative request and inquiries from senior managers.
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Assist with systems transitions.

Organization Relationships:

  • Works regularly with On-Board PMO Site Supervisors, Site Administration, Site Leadership (Customer), On-Board PMO Operators, and External Partners.

Skills/Qualifications Desired:

  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in keyboarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to learn new computer/document controls systems with ease
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage time effectively
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements:

  • The employee is required to stand, walk, and sit.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds/55 max.
