The Job:
As a Finance Director, North America Supply Chain, you’ll be part of our T&O Global Supply Chain Finance team working as an hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
Responsible for driving performance with operating partners across logistics, customers, sourcing, quality, and planning.
Optimize working capital and cash in the region while ensuring service and delivery.
Execute core financial routines in the region, build and develop a team of direct reports, work in partnership with the America's commercial team, and manage special projects to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Drive Performance: Collaborate with operating partners across logistics, customers, sourcing, quality, and planning to drive performance and achieve financial targets.
Working Capital Optimization: Optimize working capital and cash in the region while ensuring service and delivery levels are maintained.
Financial Routines: Execute core financial routines in the region, including Monthly Close, Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Budgets and Strategic Plans, Controls and Compliance, etc.
Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing team of 4 direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and support to deliver insights, accuracy, and efficient processes. Elevate communication, set goals, inspire, and ensure accountability.
Partnership with Commercial Team: Work in partnership with the America's commercial team to deliver profitable growth, complexity reduction, and pricing strategies.
Special Projects: Manage special projects aimed at streamlining processes and reducing costs, seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of supply chain finance, logistics, and operations.
Proven track record of driving financial performance and optimizing working capital.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
